LSBJJ has been formed by experienced and knowledgeable coaches, as a means of providing high quality Brazilian Jiu Jitsu / grappling tuition, in a safe and informal environment. Our goal is to provide a learning environment where competitors, hobbyists, athletic martial artists or your average person off the street can come, learn, and be successful. Whether you plan on getting a bit fitter, gaining a bit more confidence, or really want to push your boundaries and throw yourself into competitions, the coaching team at LSBJJ are there to help. We operate an open door policy, welcoming grapplers from any other group or organisation, and welcome the use of cross training in order for individuals to develop according to their needs, and to become the best martial artists they can be.
